GREY HAS BECOME THE NEW CREAM!

Grey has become the new trend at the moment in the world of bespoke hand painted kitchens and furniture; tones ranging from charcoal grey to pale stone colours are very on trend.

The best thing about grey is that it goes with so many different other colours when looking for a new colour scheme, you just cant go wrong.

It works beautifully against yellows; we recommend matching a similar tone / depth of yellow to your choice of grey. this way they will work well together rather than against. its also advisable to add some white to a yellow colour scheme to offer some muted relief. Even darker muted blues can be added to this colour scheme. Finding a colour that goes well with yellow is a great solution for brightening up any North facing room.

Or perhaps a mix of mineral tones, such as rose / corals with pale yellow and grey is more suited to you, and there’s always the warmer option of having the natural hues of wood mixed with berry colours with grey.

Grey is just so versatile, its no wonder that its become a favorite with our clients. it seesm to give a more sophisticated option from just having safe creams incorporated into your room setting.
